Shake Your Soul: The Yoga of Dance at Avon Chapter Holistic Chamber of Commerce Meeting

At the August meeting of the Avon Chapter Holistic Chamber of Commerce (held in Bloomfield), I will be leading the group in a creative dance experience. You do not have to be a member to come. It's free for first time visitors. And it's free if you're a member, too.

We will start with a brief meditation and gentle stretching. From there I will guide you in some simple movements and invite you to find your own dance.

No previous experience necessary. All are welcome. Wear clothes you can move in!
